How It Works
- We integrate directly with your workflow
- We can either utilize an internal email or bill out as Oak Estimates on behalf of your team.
- Provide us with Login information to whatever software you use to document claims (docusketch, encircle, Albi, etc…)
- Let us know when a project is complete and ready to be billed
- Project will be written within 48 hours upon receipt of all proper documentation
- The goal is to settle within 10 – 15 business days so that you can collect in 30 – 35 business days
- We will make a note in your system on any progress/settlements
